In the beginning...
I started my artistic journey creating jewellery.
Kiln-forming glass started as a means of adding a dramatic pop of colour to these sterling silver designs.
While jewellery remains a small part of my portfolio,
the scope of glass as a medium captivates me and has taken hold:
Colour, depth, light and shadow....
It's irresistable....
A Passion for Experimenting & Learning
My learning process is both formal and experiential.
I've taken courses from glass masters,
and learned through personal trial and error.
I love learning new techniques in glass manipulation....
I hope and believe that my artistic journey will never be complete.

Every Design Unique
Firing in the kiln to temperatures as high as 1500+ degrees...
Using powders and frits, stringers and sheets...
Using the kiln to promote the flow of glass and
fully transform the glass...
All this means that no matter how a design begins,
I can't predict with certainty how a design will come out.
What I do know is that each and every work is a
unique labour of love!
